How to get the updates:

The Universal Control AI software download for Mac and PC, and new firmware  is available through your my.presonus.com user account.   You can also get the latest version of Universal Control AI here:  http://www.presonus.com/support/downloads/StudioLive-RM-Series .  This one Universal Control AI applies to both AI Consoles and RM Mixers and includes updated drivers and control panels.

Please note: If your mixer is on a network, registered with PreSonus, and connected to the internet, you can update your firmware right from the mixer, but you will still need to update Universal Control AI on your Mac or PC.
